The high-performance Ridgeline™ Shoes are the pinnacle everyday adventure shoe, built to endure rugged multi-day excursions with an articulated, engineered knit construction that delivers superior fit, comfort, and breathability for nimble paw protection on rugged terrain and hot surfaces. The sleek knit construction mimics a dog’s paw shape for natural, unrestricted movement. With variable stretch and an integrated gusset with tongue keeper engineered directly into the upper, it creates an exceptional fit without the bulk of traditional canine footwear. A rubber outsole delivers superior ground feel and protection while the hook-and-loop closure system creates a secure fit that stays put through every stride.
Sold in sets of two since a dog’s front paws are typically larger than the back paws.
Pair with the Ridgeline™ Harness, Ridgeline™ Leash, and Ridgeline™ Collar for the complete high-performance canine gear system.
The Grip Trex dog boots set the standard in paw wear for dogs who hike, bike, run, or explore the great outdoors with their humans.
With the Grip Trex, those paws can go the distance thanks to the rugged and resilient Ruffwear-designed Vibram outsole with exceptional traction and protection on varied terrain. Breathable mesh upper provides ventilation, and the closure system combines hook-and-loop with hardware, cinching around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit.
It's a good idea to check the closure system and adjust fit as needed 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure. Getting started with Ruffwear boots? Check out our helpful tips.
Set of TWO boots. Many dogs have wider front paws than rear paws. We offer our boots in sets of two so you can order the appropriate sizes for a good fit on both the front and rear paws.
Built for everyday endeavors, the Summit Trex™ Dog Shoes balance durability and flexibility to keep paws protected year-round. Whether it’s hot trails and pavement on a summer day or icy sidewalks in winter, these shoes provide the coverage dogs need to get out there and keep moving.
A weather-resistant polyester ripstop upper blocks moisture and grit, while the non-marking outsole provides traction and protection. A refined grip cuff and hook-and-loop closure system create a secure, comfortable fit, and staying put through every stride.
Sold in sets of two since a dog’s front and back paws are often different sizes.
The Hi & Light™ Trail dog shoes elevate the paw wear experience for dogs (and their humans) seeking a minimal and flexible solution to paw protection.
Those paws get both protection and exceptional ground-feel with the soft, flexible rubber outsole, helping dogs keep their stride and focus on the adventure at hand.
The engineered knit upper adds comfort and breathability and limits trail debris from getting in the shoe. The construction celebrates a less-is-more mindset to minimize material stackups and maximize comfort.
The hook-and-loop closure opens wide for easy on and cinches around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit.
It's a good idea to check the closure system and adjust fit as needed 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure. Getting started with Ruffwear boots? Check out our helpful tips.
Ruffwear Bark'n Boot™ Liners are socks for dogs that will enhance the fit, performance, and comfort of dog boots. The engineered knit and articulated shape match your pup's paw anatomy and minimize bulk, making putting boots on your dog a cinch. With moisture-wicking material and a tapered cuff, Bark'n Boot™ Liners dry quickly, provide comfort, and stay in place, even if your dog has a dew claw.
Not sure what size to get? We recommend choosing the size that matches the boot size of your dog's front paws.
What's new: Engineered knit for improved fit and comfort and new fun colors!
Newly redesigned, the Polar Trex™ Boots deliver winter paw protection and traction for dogs navigating snow, ice, cold conditions, or snowmelt chemicals. The waterproof and windproof softshell upper keeps paws dry and warm, while a stretch pullover gaiter prevents snow from building up on the hook-and-loop closure for improved boot retention. Winter-specific outsole with glass fiber lugs positioned directly under the dog’s paw provide confident traction on ice and snow with a micro-cleat effect. A hook-and-loop closure makes it easy to put on and cinch down the boots, and reflective trim enhances visibility in low-light conditions.
Glass-fiber winter lugs are key to confident traction on ice, snow, and in cold conditions. This specialized outsole incorporates vertical glass fiber inserts which function similarly to the natural textures found within a dog's own paw anatomy, aiding in superior grip on slick surfaces. Because of this, we recommend keeping these for outdoor use only.
These come in a set of TWO boots. Many dogs have wider front paws than rear paws. We offer our boots in sets of two so you can order the appropriate sizes for a good fit on both the front and rear paws. Just as you would with your gear, adjust fit and check tension of boot straps 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure as needed.
WHAT’S NEW: An easier-to-use gaiter for improved closure and weather protection as well as an upgraded outsole with micro-glass fiber lugs for enhanced winter traction.
